Chef Joe Fasy
Chef Joseph Fasy and I begin talking about food at our local farmers market several years ago and we found we went together like peanut butter and jelly, peas and carrots, Brussels sprouts and bacon… you get the idea. We collaborated with one of his clients to photograph a private event he was hired to cook for. There were no set-ups, stylists, or shot lists for this photoshoot. It was truly an immersion into the experience of hiring Chef Joe as a private chef for the evening. Yes, the food was as good as it looks.
